We deliver advanced GPS solutions to track your vehicles in real time, optimize routes, improve safety and reduce operating costs. Our system combines high-quality GPS hardware with an intuitive web interface and mobile applications.

Our solutions serve all kinds of organizations: transport and logistics companies, vehicle rental agencies, delivery services, public administrations, security forces — and individuals who want to secure their personal vehicles. We adapt our offer to your fleet size (from 1 to several thousand vehicles).

Technical Questions

How does the GPS system work?

Our GPS trackers use the GPS satellite constellation to determine your vehicle's exact position. The data (location, speed, heading) is transmitted in real time over the cellular network (2G/3G/4G) to our secure servers. You then access this information through our web platform or our iOS/Android mobile apps.

Is installation complicated?

No — installation is simple and fast. Our certified technicians can install GPS trackers on your vehicles in less than 30 minutes. The unit is connected to the vehicle's power supply and discreetly positioned. We also offer installation at our workshops or directly on your sites. Comprehensive training on the platform is included.

How accurate is the GPS?

Our GPS trackers deliver accuracy of 5 to 10 meters under optimal conditions. Accuracy can vary in dense urban areas, tunnels or underground parking lots. Position data is updated every 10 to 30 seconds depending on your configuration, ensuring real-time tracking.

Does the system work without internet?

The GPS trackers operate autonomously and store data in their internal memory whenever the network connection is unavailable. As soon as the signal is restored, all data is automatically transmitted to the platform — so you keep a complete history even in zones without coverage.

Can I integrate Malambi with my existing systems?

Yes — we provide a complete REST API to integrate our GPS data with your existing management systems (ERP, CRM, billing software, etc.). Our technical team can support you during integration. We also support webhooks for real-time notifications.

Pricing & Subscriptions

What are your prices?

Pricing depends on the number of vehicles, the features you need and the contract duration. Plans start at €15/month per vehicle. The upfront cost includes GPS hardware, installation and training. Significant discounts apply for large fleets. Contact us for a tailored quote.

Are there hidden fees?

No. We follow a strict transparency policy. Our pricing includes platform access, software updates, technical support and the SIM card with unlimited data. There are no extra fees for alerts, reports or number of users. The only possible additional costs come from specific requests (custom integrations, additional on-site training).

Do you offer a trial period?

Yes — we offer a 30-day free trial with no commitment. We install GPS trackers on a few of your vehicles at no cost and you get full access to all platform features. At the end of the trial, you decide freely whether to continue with us.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Our contracts are flexible. For no-commitment plans, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual contracts come with preferential pricing but require minimum-term compliance. In case of dissatisfaction during the first year, we offer a partial-refund guarantee under certain conditions. Contact our customer service for details.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We take security very seriously. All communications are encrypted with SSL/TLS. Your data is stored in secure datacenters with geographic redundancy. We perform daily backups and regular security audits. Only authorized users in your organization can access your data through password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes — we are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect data needed for the service, you keep full control of your data, you can export or delete it at any time. We have appointed a DPO (Data Protection Officer) and put all required procedures in place.

Who can see the location data?

Only the users you authorize can view location data. You define roles and permissions for each user (administrator, manager, driver, etc.). We never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent. Drivers can be informed they are tracked, in compliance with local labor laws.

What happens if a tracker is stolen?

Our trackers are protected against theft and tampering. If someone tries to remove the unit or jam the signal, you receive an instant alert. Trackers can be configured to remain inactive when removed from the vehicle. We also offer models with backup batteries that keep transmitting even if main power is cut.

Support & Maintenance

What support do you offer?

We provide full technical support by phone, email and live chat from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Premium clients get 24/7 support. Our multilingual team responds in French, English and Arabic. We also maintain an online knowledge base with video tutorials and user guides.

Are software updates free?

Yes — all platform software updates are automatic and free. We regularly add new features based on customer feedback. Firmware updates for the GPS trackers are also free and can usually be performed remotely without any physical intervention.

Do you provide training?

Yes — comprehensive initial training is included in our offer. It can be delivered online by video conference or on site, depending on your preference. We train your teams on every platform feature, alert management, custom report creation, etc. Additional training sessions can be organized on request.

What should I do if a tracker fails?

Our GPS trackers come with a 2-year warranty. In case of failure, contact our support team — they will run a remote diagnostic. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we replace the faulty tracker within 48 working hours. We hold a stock of replacement units and can intervene quickly across the region.
