Our contracts are flexible. For no-commitment plans, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual contracts come with preferential pricing but require minimum-term compliance. Our GPS trackers come with a 2-year warranty. In case of failure, contact our support team — they will run a remote diagnostic. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we replace the faulty tracker within 48 working hours. We hold a stock of replacement units and can intervene quickly across the region.
